Recovery Coaches help people who are affected by addiction and alcoholism. Recovery Coaching bridges the gaps between treatment providers, and takes a little of the pressure off of families, who often have been trying to help their loved ones for months or even years of active addiction. Recovery Coaches help their clients stay motivated and focused on their recovery goals, including:

  • Goal setting
  • Making (and keeping) doctor and psych appointments
  • Choosing the right treatment providers
  • Locating 12-step or other peer support meetings
  • Developing a plan for maintaining sobriety
  • Identifying potential triggers and learning how to cope with them
  • Providing emotional support during the recovery process.
  • Referrals to other recovery services or programs that can help with your recovery
